It’s good for your soul

2016 is quickly coming to an end, and what better way to bid the year farewell then to enjoy something that will replenish your soul whilst we welcome spring with open arms!

Welcoming Melbourne’s beautiful Spring weather, Soul Star brings together a holistic and spiritual festival packaged in a fun, entertaining and super cool experience that will be held at Laurens Hall in North Melbourne on Thursday 24 November, 2016.

Soul Star will see three guest speakers including international YouTube sensation, emotional healing coach and comedian, JP Sears, who will be sure to keep you laughing while delivering life changing and inspirational messages.

Jonni is most known for his ability to take deep complex spiritual concepts and translate them into such simple terms and techniques for anyone to understand and embody.

Between talks, guests are invited to browse the Soul Star boho-chic market stalls, with their unique, holistic products, such as stylish printed yoga mats, organic natural skin care, kombutcha shots, modern crystal pieces, and more.

There will also be the opportunity to experience a range of healing activities; from tarot card readings to channeling your soul life path, or have a mini Ayurveda health consultation. There will certainly be plenty to inspire the self-confessed, spiritual wellness junkie in all of us.

With plenty of healthy gourmet food trucks on offer at the twilight market, there will be treats to taste such as the paleo waffles, created by the paleo king Tom Davidson from Patch Café, to super healthy green smoothies, along with live music entertainment and more.

Spirituality and wellness has been gaining popularity in Melbourne, where you can find a magnitude of stylish yoga studios, cafés serving matcha lattes, along with meditation and natural medicine clinics in every suburb. This most liveable city demands innovation and style, with the Soul Star Festival being the first spiritual festival of its kind for Melbourne, that will be sure to appease the appetite of the style conscious wellness consumer.

Festival Founders and long-time friends, Briony Goldsmith (a qualified nutritionist and natural medicine, mind and body medicine consultant) and Lauren Watson (a qualified kinesiologist and founder of the successful event company Larger Than Life) created the concept for Soul Star Festival after always having an interest in wellbeing and spirituality.
Together, they plan on bringing an international standard to the experience and create a community that encourages and supports the spiritual journey in a fun and beautiful way.

Soul Star Spring Festival brings to spirituality a cool aesthetic edge, with no hint of hippy incense, holding hands and chanting, just a really fun, uplifting and entertaining experience.
