Yyyyyyaaaassss!!! I finally have decided to do this properly! By my version of properly I mean, ask an expert how to actually set my website up as a blog so I can put all my rambling in one place.
Firstly, let me say thank you to you! YES, YOU, for taking so much of an interest in my life that it’s brought you here to find out more about who I am and what I get up to.
It still makes me laugh that us as humans actually get so much enjoyment out of knowing exactly what others participate in on the daily.
I will admit, I’m a self confessed YouTube video watcher, morning Instagram checker (during the proCAFFINATION period – aka before you can human before drinking your morning coffee), and social media stalker!
As bad as all this technology is for us, we live in a world where what others do in their lives become vital information that we must be aware of us to function properly.
Why do we do it?
For me, the people that I follow or the pictures I double tap, are generally those that make me smile, make me hungry, and keep me motivated!
Therefore this blog has been created to hopefully make you feel some of those things.
If you don’t know the story behind my story (aka why I consider myself exciting enough to write a blog), take a peep over at the “Rhiannon’s Story” section of my site, save us doubling up on information and your brain going into a massive overload.
Writing has always been a passion of mine, in fact, creative writing was always one of my favourite subjects at school and I put that down to my incredibly overactive mind and vivid imagination. There were always multiple stories going on inside my head so I figured if I put them on paper, it’d free up some room upstairs for the next one.
My stories very rarely started with “Once upon a time”, but instead started with statements or words much like the opening of this blog.
For me, if I’m reading something and I’m not drawn into the story by the first sentence, I’ll move onto something else.
Your properly thinking, “YAAAASSS” isn’t even technically part of the English language nor would you find the word in a dictionary.
But do we even live in a world where we use the correct terminology for things anymore?
I certainly don’t! I live in a world full of gibberish and made up languages that only my friends and I understand and “YAAAASSS” is something I say when I either approve of something or am excited about something – normal people may choose to just use the mundane word “YES”, but normal has never been a description of my character!
I truly hope you enjoy reading my blogs as much as I enjoy writing them, and that my journey through life captivates and motivates you, after all, I am a girl just trying to live a wheel life!
